“A fabulous dark and cosy restaurant in the Prinsengacht. The ambience os relaxed and informal, with a row of high tavern-like tables between the dinner tables and the bespoke wall mounted refrigerators displaying the fresh products about to be cooked. Dinner starts with a sturdy selections of finely sliced italian smoked meats, bread and olive oil. Excellent wine selection. The impeccable 4 course chef's menu is artfully presented. A heavenly mini steak tartare, and a craft-full slow cooked breast of chicken with gorgonzola sauce leave an excellent impression. An absolute must in Amsterdam.”
