2. “It’s good. No, erase that. It’s great.I'd put it in the premium category, awarded with one Michelin star and all, but it's far from stuffy and posh. In my opinion the concept for Matbaren is one of the most well working ever in this segment.It's the food, first and foremost, but it's also the wonderful staff and the interior, (Ilse Crawford's genius have worked wonders with this place). Together they create a laidback and very enjoyable atmosphere.”
