Michelin starred restaurant Leijontornet has recently opened a sister restaurant called Djuret. Djuret, which means ’the animal’ i Swedish, explores a new type of animal in it's menu each month. My fallow deer venison was absolutely superb, the best I've eaten in months! Also loved the interiors, which are slightly morbid with a meat grinder as a lamp, reindeer horns on the walls and a butcher chart as table mat.
