Everything - from it's quaint, country guesthouse feeling to the smell of the fire to the gardens and grounds. We could have spent hours in the bar it was so charming and the chef - watch out Gordon Ramsay! This is a chef to watch, with impeccable offerings of fresh, local and - when possible, organic foods - on the menu. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and took their cues from us as to how much engagement we did or didn't want. We can't wait to return and for a longer stay next time!

Irish hospitality and luxury at its finest. The hotel, gardens and setting are gorgeous. Rooms are large and comfortably appointed -- no televisions but free wi fi. The bar and restaurant are terrific and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel (and the visit to the Burren) was the highlight of our 2-week trip to Ireland.
