“Room I stayed in the carpets were completely stained. The bathroom was old as well as the furniture everything was showing its age. I was not expecting this as Ritz is and has been an great hotel. Maybe the lemon was on me that day.”

“My stay was wonderful except for a concierge who gave ridiculously incomplete driving directions from route 2 to boston, informing me to exit onto storrow drive from route 2 and then take the back bay exit off of storrow. There is no "back bay" exit but rather one needs to take the copley sq. exit. Having lived in massachusetts 20 years ago i fortunately knew her directions from route 2 were incorrect and therefore did not follow them. However, other guests dealing with her are not going to be so fortunate.”
