3. “From the moment we walked through the revolving door we were impressed by the quality of service and excellent facilities. We booked a best room available and were pleasantly surprised as to the size of the room. On a busy easter weekend best available only had an inside view but it hardly mattered as we were out and about during daylight hours. The bed linens were so soft and the bed was heavenly. The bath was the largest I have had in a UK hotel and nicely outfitted with marble and towel warmer. The concierge services were the best we have ever received from helping us to obtain reservations to aiding us in booking a car. The tea at the Balmoral was excellent and the service was very pleasant. We will return.”
