“Air-conditioning not working properly in room. Maintenance tried to fix the problem. Worked OK for awhile but reverted back to original problem.”

“Both the room and the service were great. The food at the Grill83 was devine. We could not have ask for friendlier are more helpful staff. We would love to stay there again.”

“The Madison has again proven to be Southern Hospitality at its best. The staff by far has been the best I have encountered in my travels. The rooms felt like home, rather then just made ready for the next guest. The hotel atmosphere from colors to decor is calming with a dash of Memphis party, accompanied by wonderful Jazz that plays all day. The bar/restaurant continues the ambiance with contemporary touches, music soft lighting an a menu "to die for". Try anything and everything, you cannot go wrong. And if you have indulged to much, try a work out in the basement vault the next morning...it's a kick to start off the next day.”
