“Private beach footsteps away. Rooms have great porches where you can watch the sea. There is a dress code after 7pm. Slacks and button down shirts for men. It creates a great enviroment . Formality, almost celebratory. There is always a crowd by the bar if you want to get to know people.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Jamaica Inn. One of the best vacations I've taken for so many reasons. I can't tell you which of your staff were exceptional because they all were. The staff gave the clear impression that they enjoyed working there and their pride in their work, whatever they do, provided a baseline of joy from which greater feelings sprouted. Several times as I lay on a raft in the water in the last few days of my vacation I laughed out loud and said to myself, it doesn't get any better than this.I like the way things run. This is a place to stop. Once you manage to stop, you realize you are alive, surrounded by life. It is joyful.”
