“Disappointed that the wireless did not work for our entire stay, but found the concierges very helpful. Would recommend the hotel to friends. Thank you for making our stay in Paris very enjoyable/affordable.”

“The hotel is excellent; beautifully decorated and located. Only one small complaint; we "upgraded" to a superior double, but found that the only difference was that it was a tiny bit bigger than the classic double. Our friends who stayed in the classic double at the cheaper rate had a bath and shower; whereas we, in the superior at the incresed rate had only a shower.Otherwise all was very good.”

“The hotel was lovely and conveniently located, staff very efficient and welcoming, nice breakfast, but the room (double classic)--while attractive--was tiny! It would have been helpful to have a better indication in the hotel's description about the size of rooms. We would have chosen a larger room had we known how small the classic room would be.”

“Our room was very well designed. Although small, it was very comfortable because of the good design and furniture. The room was quiet, although it was on a busy noisy street - all the noise is blocked out when the windows are closed and the air conditioning is great. There are black-out blinds on the windows, in addition to curtains, in case you want to make the room dark. Everyone working in the hotel was friendly and helpful. We left our telephone charger in the room when we went home, and they were very happy to post it to us. I would be happy to return - but I might bring my own pillow!”
