3. “Service at Les Suites Ching Cheng has been excellent.Travelling on business, my preference is for a spacious and comfortable room to relax after a day out. Pricing for the hotel is competitive and I look forward to my next stay.”

4. “Everything is great except that there was some machinery noises at night both inside and outside the hotel, and made me hard to sleep well. If this cannot be fixed, I may need to switch to other hotel as this affects my day work.”

8. “the service was truly excellent and the breakfast definitely worth waking up for. rooms were well appointed but it was really all the small touches that made our stay so wonderful and memorable. staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile without any prompting, all the time! the negative-ioned-hairdryer was a fantastic touch - truly reflective of the lengths the hotel goes to to make your stay enjoyable.”

9. “The service was amazing, I asked for recommendations several times and the staff were fantastic each time. You really felt like they were happy to help. They even bubble-wrapped and packaged a tea pot and tea cups I bought at a night market.The room was really good, lots of nice little touches I wouldn't have expected at this price level ( I had a Superior Queen Room)”
