“A well designed guest room. Good restaurant, good food and good wine list. safe parking. Helpful staff.”

“I asked reception about their pillow library as I needed a hard ergonomic pillow. So I asked for one, they offered a different size pillow but they said they would look into and put one in our room. When we came back from dinner at 11pm, there still wasn't one so we went back to reception and they said they would send one up in 10 mins. Half an hour later I called them on the phone. We eventually went down at midnight having stayed up waiting and they said they didn't have any other pillows to offer. Bad service. The non existant bar is awful. Tried to make a mojito with lemons not lime!”

“Our stay was in equal measure both business and pleasure which was a bit perplexing in the mornings... the hotel cleaners seemed to have a fondness for hoovering and banging doors around 9.30 am. fine in a normal business trip. My meetings were later in the day/evening andd normally carried on quite late so more peace and quiet in the morning would have been appreciated. Also the hotel had a severe lack of english language tv channels. Other than that, lovely and i will be recommending and reusing the hotel over the coming year.”

“This really is a beautiful hotel - the second you walk thorough the ornately carved wooden doors you feel like you are in a haven of calm and relaxation. The spa is amazing and I floated around in the huge jacuzzi for what felt like hours before wrapping myself up in one of their fluffy bath robes and taking myself off to the luxurious room. The room itself had not 1 but 2 bathrooms and the toiletries provided are top notch. They have a state of the art entertainment system and free movies on demand. The staff were very helpful and organised a restaurant for the evening. Definitely go back!”

“Excellent hotel, only disappointment was there was no use of the outside space, they had tables but no chairs. An error made on my part also was I thought the hotel had a rooftop pool, when in fact it was their sister hotel, however the hotel itself was stunning and well located.”

“Terrific hotel at all levels. Great staff, great rooms, great public spaces. Location is within walking distance of pretty much everything in Valencia and the hotels backs onto quite a Ritzy shopping district which I was unaware of until the last day of my stay. At one point we needed an extra stay and were VERY generously accomodated: Enquiring as to a late check-out, a half-daily rate and possibly an extra night's stay if required the answer was "Absolutely no problem to any of those options, sir. Your choice." Definitely he right response and VERY different to some hotels!”

“This was a GREAT hotel. Excellent service, terrific rooms. Location seemed strange at first but is in fact walking distance to anywhere and backs on to quite a Ritzy shopping area in Valencia. Overall excellent.”

“The staff was not proficient in English. Also the information in the rooms, televisions, etc were not in English. Not to sound ethnocentric, but we had difficulties ordering room service, getting recommendations for restaurants, etc.”
