We loved our stay at this hotel!

A relatively new hotel in Vancouver, the Shangri-La did not disappoint! In a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, this hotel was the perfect urban oasis! The rooms were flawlessly designed, with every possible need addressed!

Comfort, feel and staff

Service! The rooms had more details than we had ever seen!

Very comfortable rooms. Restaurant was excellent. Great a la carte breakfast and superb dinner. Mid town location was also good.
-
Rooms were beautifully appointed, with the best hotel room coffee I have ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent.
-
Insanely comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great location. I really liked how all the lightswitches were centrally controlled next to the bed.

The Concierge, Robin! We had only one night in Vancouver before flying back to London and wanted sushi. He recommended an excellent sushi place nearby (Miku) and when he heard we wanted to just waltz in, recommended that we pass along his card in the event that they were full. He knew what he was doing. Miku was full - but squeezed us in when we produced Robin's magic card. A wonderful meal and night that wouldn't have otherwise happened.

Everything! The rooms are so comfortable and well designed, the staff helpful and friendly, and the gym was one of the best I have used.

The room was spacious, clean and well designed. They've thought of everything, including electronically controlled drapes and even a television built discretely into the bathroom mirror. Oh, and most importantly, the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The entire staff were extremely polite yet friendly and very accommodating with every request. The Xi Shi Bar downstairs serves great cocktails and small plates, so it's worth spending an evening there if you can.

The guest rooms - and we saw two of them - were intelligently and pleasantly designed, with every imaginable amenity.
